The idea of the authentication - apart from meeting AML/KYC rules - is to be sure that anyone who transfers any amount of money actually wants to buy at us (and is not a victim of fraud or other misuse, e.g. hacked bank account). Thus, you always have to identify the name from that the transfer will be initiated.
It is highly important that everybody uses own telephone number for the exchange order as only one authentication can be assigned to a phone number. If any problem occurs during the fulfillment of the process we are used to get in touch with our clients on phone in order to find the quickest solution and to fulfill the exchange as soon as possible.
Please give your own email address during the authentication process, as we will send the confirmation email to that, which will include the necessary datas for the money transfer and a verification link, too.
If your full name is not completely shown on your card (e.g. 2nd first name is missing) then please write it fully correctly on the statement just as it is registered at.
Once you have identified yourself, it is the most important that you initiate a money transfer from your own name and phone number that is already identified, otherwise we will not be able to complete the exchange order automatically.
For all other orders, please use your own, already verified phone number and email address, so you do not have to repeat the authentication process.
Please always indicate the correct transaction ID in notice.
Please always transfer funds according to the originally requested amount, but if you would like to change the amount still please call us before transferring it.
Please always transfer the money in the currency for what you have requested the exchange.
